I had a new built in cabinet built and we installed the New Air wine cooler in it. It looks great. We get a lot of compliments on it.
Pros: Attractive, Energy Efficient, Precise Temperature, Quiet

Just received my new NewAir wine cooler yesterday and had some questions about the unit. I called their Customer Support number and was fortunate to get Seymone on the line. She was not sure about the question I asked so asked if I would not mind holding while she ran to their showroom to check things out and get the answer for me. Literally, when Seymone returned to the phone, I knew she literally ran because she was out of breath! And, she had the answer to my question! I come from a Customer Service background and in today's world when Customer Service seems to be lacking, Seymone and NewAir confirmed that it still exist and in a most respectable way! Thank you Seymone!!! Your service left me with a warm and appreciative smile!!

before buying I researched thoroughly the market and this one came up as one of the best. Not only is it beautiful, but it is completely quiet, cools my bottles well. I could not be happier with my purchase. Needles to say, the company delivers fastest possible/

Installed new wine cooler and it didn't reach temperature settings so I called customer support. Mark was extremely helpful and diagnosed a faulty temperature sensing unit, which he's immediately having sent to me and which is simple to install. Great service!

Replaced my GE Monogram Cooler with This and ...

I really like the dual zone and light up temperature reading that goes with it. It holds a lot of bottles and fits into my space nicely. The only down side I see is that the wood shelves feel like balsa wood, very dry, like it could snap if I shoved a bottle onto the shelf too hard. I am told that the shelves are replaceable but still, every time I pull out the drawer, I am waiting to hear it crack. I would give it five stars if they changed the shelves.
