Cooler is quiet,has a sleek design. Had to use customer service to resolve issue (from previous home owner) with cooler and had a wonderful experience.

We've had our dual zone unit for a year and it has been working flawlessly. We recently had a small hiccup with ice build-up, but a quick and precise response from their support team got us cleared up and working again in less than a day.

The Wine cooler itself is amazing! I've had it for about a week now and the temp is right on point. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is when it arrived to my house the door had a dent on it.

The design and appearance of this unit is very nice making it a great addition to our kitchen. The capacity to hold so many bottles makes it perfect for our wine loving family. I love the dual zone feature and the fact that it's so quiet. Well built unit! Great product! Great customer support! Probably the best customer service I've came across, no lie. They are amazing. Bar none.

Excellent customer experience with NewAir

Ordered the NewAir AWR-460DB Wine Cooler and NewAir ABR-1770 Beverage Refrigerator. The pair match excellent, maintain proper temperature and are very quiet. There was a slight blemish on the handle of the wine cooler and NewAir service department was very helpful in getting a replacement handle shipped. Great experience working the the service department.

Wooden shelves flimsy. I can see them breaking easily. Missing screws for door handle. Condensation forms on outside of door if house is humid.

Thank you for sharing your honest opinion on the unit. We are looking into design the shelving structure. There can be high humidity inside the unit causing the unit to ice up.
