I purchased this wine fridge about a year ago, and really like it. The dual zone technology is great, and has performed well. The capacity is also very nice. Great customer service as well from New Air.

Failed after 2 years

I really like this unit. Quite. Good looking. Nice LED lights. Good enough shelves that fit most bottle sizes. Overall great use of space and design. Mine failed after 2 years. I'm not sure if it's worth fixing yet. The cold part is set for 45 but is reading 60. The warm part is set for 55 and holding 55. I could just be me and my luck. I also keep my house warm in the summer (about 77-80), so maybe that stressed the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this wine fridge

Saw this at a local retailer and found it most appealing. The only dislike was that the zones were not interchangeable. Perfect for what we needed though. It can be freestanding or built in. Best thing is that it is a true refrigerator with a compressor. Started to shop and found that the manufacturer is a better deal than going to the local store and delivery was just as quick. Had a great experience with customer service and the unit came in quickly (2 days), undamaged, works great! Best experience.

Just received unit and it looks sleek and feels substantial. The wood racks are thicker and heavier than my less expensive cooler that I previously owned. It is very quiet and cooled quickly after install. The customer service for Newair is fantastic. Responsive and professional- try getting that from another company. This is still new but I feel like any problems that might come up will be handled by the customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome built in wine and beverage cooler that is a great bang for your buck! Had it for 6 months and have not had any real issues as of yet.
