I was unable to change the direction the door would open. The screws on the bottom were so tight that the stripped and could not be removed.

Good item holds 48 bottles put white up top and reds on the bottom holds temperature well had a couple issues where the unit had some dents but other than that customer service helped me with that. Would recommend highly

Nice unit and great customer service

I bought the unit about a year ago and happy with my purchase. I like that I can control the upper and lower temperature independently. Also great that it can be built in under the countertop. I had some questions and Liz was able to troubleshoot the situation over the phone. Great customer service!

We purchased the wine fridge based upon several friends recommendations. They all have New Air wine fridges. Are we glad we listened to them! Features we are enjoying are the appearance, lighting, shelving options, quiet operation, dual climate control and accurate temperature control. The fridge is a very nice addition to our kitchen.

Awesome unit and great customer service

I own several of these units in a few houses in the stainless and the black. In my opinion, they are the most attractive units out there particularly with their interior lighting and wood racks. Further, the customer service has always been prompt, courteous and spot on with the remedy. I highly recommend this company and these units.
