Great product but...

I've had this great humidor for about 5 months now, but the digital humidity control all of the sudden stop working. I was wondering what the issue could be, or the kind of battery it uses so maybe I can replace it myself
I would recommend this to a friend!

I WOULD BUY THIS AGAIN

THIS PRODUCT HOLDS CIGARS WITH THE BOXES IN THE THEM - VERY CONVIENT AND VERY EASY TO PROGRAM THE TEMPS VERY SLIM LINES - SO IT DOES NOT TAKE UP ALOT OF SPACE LOOKS GOOD ON OUR TABLE IN THE OFFICE

I bought this winedor a few months ago and I will never go back again. Maintains humidity and temperature right where I want it. It's a beautiful design and I have had no issues with it. Love it!

I had the unit about eight months and I had an issue with the hydrometer and cooling. I contacted the company via email and Karen immediately began to trouble shoot the unit. We discovered the problem within a matter of minutes. Once discovered I was given the choice to receive the replacement part at no charge to me, or replace the unit. This was actually the "EASIEST" experience I have ever had when trying to correct a problem that I have had with a product. For that alone I would highly recommend the purchase of this product and from this company. The purchase is always easy, but the customer service to correct any and all issues after the purchase is where the money is, and determines weather we purchase a product again from that company. Although, I am disappointed that I had a problem. I am glad that it wasn't compounded by their company policy and bad customer service. You want to buy a product that can resolve issues fast, and without having to leave feeling like you were in a heavy weight boxing match.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I buy nice cigars by the box and want to enjoy them. This humidor does a great job, still need to watch the humidity level however The service was excellent, not sure the Built-in hygrometer is working I called the company and they immediately are sending me a new one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Light in unit is useless it only lights up the top shelf and you can barley see what you have placed in the top shelf when the door is closed due to the touch screen panel. The hygrometer in the unit is off as well. Other than these two things i really like this humidor.
