A must for proper cigar aging.

I use the Newair 250 to store and age my cigars. The precise temperature control is fantastic, and the unit is well sealed, which is essential for proper humidity control. I did have a problem with the temperature control, but customer service quickly remedied the problem and sent me a new unit free of charge. I would recommend this product.

Works completely as advertised. Seems to be a great deal keeping humidity locked in and temperature maintains the exact setting. I've had it for about a month now and so far so good.

Love my new humidor!

Product works great. Had some issues due to delivery, but Shanice did an amazing job at replacing the unit. The process was seamless. She was amazing!

Great so far!

I've had the unit for a couple months and the performance has been great. Easy to set up and season, holds humidity well (I use Boveda packs), and fits full boxes of cigars. Also like the drawer which is convenient for keeping single sticks corralled.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Compressor making noise

The compressor started making noise on my unit after a couple of months, Charles from customer service is replacing it under warranty no questions asked. Thanks for the help! Otherwise great for my collection!!

Highly recommended for the novice or expert cigar collector

It's easy to use and set up. There's a guide inside on how to season and set the right temperatures. Register the product with the warranty company, they offer support for the product as well just in case you have questions. The cedar wood trays are easy to season and you can adjust them to different heights. The drawer is a nice touch for the special pieces that you may want to add as well. So far so good, the temperature is always perfectly in line and it's a great product.
