Great Humidor

This has been a great Humidor, so much better than just the wooden or plastic ones. Fan's keep air moving and it keeps temps and humidity spot on with a couple of the big boveda packs. Only thing is I wish it had a few more lights. Customer service has been great as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Products and Even Better Customer Service

Love this product, works great, just bought their biggest version too, the 1500. Customer service is top notch. Had a small issues with Hydrometer, replaced it immediately. Made in the USA too!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Im old school but I like this!

I come from the old school Humidor with the manual temperature gauge and prepping and maintaining a humidor utilizing distilled water and have used that for over 13 years. I was recently introduced to using this electronic humidor and so far I am Impressed. I have had it for about a week, so I am Still new to it. But being able to use this type of system is very nice so far. If you are in the market for an electronic way to store your valuable cigars - this is definitely a good way to start and use!
I would recommend this to a friend!

trouble with holding humidity

The humidor looks fantastic but this particular one does not hold the humidity steady.

The Lamborghini of small appliances

I love Newair! I'm a cigar lover. I bought my first humidor 4 years ago and it was a newair humidor. The quality in this thing was outstanding. I loved it, however, it was too large for me, (held over 400 cigars). As I only have about 100 cigars at a time, I decided to sell that unit and buy a new 250 storage capacity Newair humidor. I'm the cigar community, newair is highly regarded as the Lamborghini of humidors. Anyone who's anyone has one because of the quality. Now after just over a year of owning this new humidor, I found a small humidity leak. I contacted newair and in less than 5 minutes, they informed me they would send me a brand new unit to replace the defective one. (Defects can happen to the best of brands), but what matters is how that brand responds to the defects. I'll be a newair customer for life.

I like the product. Love the display, lighting, size. The Spanish cedar wood keeps my cigars at good temp and humidity level. It's roomy enough for my needs. My only problem is the set temp is never achieved. When I set a low temp, the unity always exceeds that desired temp. When I increase the temp to where I would like (70), it never warms to that. This causes me to consistently watch the humidity. Speaking of humility. The built-in hydrometer is not accurate and non-adjustable. I ended up having to buy a Govee to monitor temp and humidity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love these counter top humidors

I have had the old 100C humidor for years and love it. Now that I have this model I can keep more cigars than before. The digital humogragher and the ability to change temperature with the push of a button makes keeping my cigar good, easy.
