I would purchase again

We love the look of the fridge. We initially had an issue with the temperature not getting cold enough but the company was extremely supportive and replaced it with a new unit. I'd definitely purchase from this company again.

I would buy this beverage fridge again!

This beverage fridge is used in the basement bar and I couldn't be happier. Temp is consistent and gets cool fast. I chose this over other because of Newair's reputation and the black stainless steel look matched my design. When I replace my other bev fridge in my kitchen It will be a Newair.

Buyer Beware

Product never cooled past 55 degrees. Tried two temp sensors to no avail. Its a pretty storage unit at best at worst its a sore reminder in a new house full of working appliances not to trust Newair.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would recommend the product

This unit was an addition to our kitchen remodel, sleek and elegant. The unit was not cooling when installed. The customer service I received was excellent and have shipped a replacement unit, can't wait to use this . Very nice looking appliance.

The product is good, unfortunately we received a faulty unit, which typically would be upsetting, however the customer service has been beyond amazing and replaced our unit quickly and efficiently.

We received the beverage fridge 2 month ago it is very quiet. The led light is very cool. And we always have a supply of cold beverages.
