Front exhaust window was damaged upon arrival. Customer service quickly responded and sent out the replacement parts free of charge. Great customer service!

We just got all new Black Stainless steel appliances. While I know each brand the colors look different I didn't expect this much difference with the New Air. It looks black to me and especially against my other Black Stainless steel. The fridge itself has been working great the 3 days we have had it plugged in and is quiet.

I've had the unit for 6 months now. It fits under our counter perfectly. I had an issue with it staying cold but customer service has been great. They are working on replacing the product.

This is a beautiful fridge- the lighting sets it apart! We did have some issues about 9 months after purchasing but the Customer Service is awesome and was able to help us get our problem fixed!

looks awesome,very quiet. Even though the packaging was excellent, I received it with a dent in the door and a broken shelf. Stephan in customer service was super, took care of me right away and replaced both items.

The slide out and removeable shelves are terrific for storing a mix of cans and bottles of all sizes, while allowing easy access to everything. Another great feature - the shelves include stops so you don't accidentally pull them all the way out.
