Terrible Product

25 year audio professional, took a chance on the potential versatility as devices no longer have a standard audio connection. These simply do not work properly in any mode. Microphone is noisy connects introduce static and poor quality if any audio is hear.
Logi normally has quality product, big failure on this one

Not bad

Do what they should integrate well with MS Teams. My only complaint: none of the ear tips fit me well, so they often slip out of my ears. And they are a little too firm…would prefer tips more like what Bose offers.

Loud Crackling during calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These did not work for me. I use a windows computer at work and we use Teams for all our calls. I tried for 1 week but at each meeting there was a loud crackling sound when I used. I tired each different connection port but non of them would remedy the situation.
They were comfortable and wish they did work!

They work perfectly for work

I needed something to replace my over the head work issue headset as it was starting to cause migraines from constant wearing. Found these and they work amazing. Sound quality is great on both ends. Can use for incoming and outbound calls as well as video calls using WebEx. Noise cancelling ability is fantastic. People do not hear my dogs in background when they start barking at the door. Definitely recommend

The sound is really good,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is really good, and the product came with both USB and audio jack connection options. The ear buds themselves are not the most comfortable, and despite the different size options for the in-ear pads they simply do not fit and do not stay in my ear canal. My iPhone earbuds fit better than these.

Perfect for Hybrid Work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are low profile in the ears and simple to use. They sound great for calls but are nothing special for playing music. I bought them for calls, so I am pleased.
The controls are simple and straightforward enough. The put a good seal in the ears, but I wish that I could hear myself better when using them. Overall, I am satisfied with them and would recommend them if you want a headset for calls that doesn't take up hardly any space in your bag. Wherever you are you are able hear well and sound good on calls.

The Logitech Zone Wired Earbuds don't fit comfortably in my ears, even when using the smallest earbud coverings.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I am very dissapointed with this product. The earbuds don't fit in my ears and the sound quality is VERY poor. Other people can hear me clearly (which is great!) but I cannot hear others clearly and they sound far away. Additionally, music sounds shallow, has no bass or fullness of sound, is distant and far away. For the Logitech brand this is a very dissapointing product. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Best All day earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these because I needed a wired pair of earbuds for school for testing purposes. These are great. The noise cancellation is wonderful, they come with a bunch of tips so that they'll fit perfectly in your ear and it all fits in a cute little carrying case. Literally the best purchase I've ever made, they'll honestly probably be replacing my G733 at home with these as well.
