Earbuds do not stay in the ear

The earbuds do not stay in my ears. They fall out and the cord is too heavy and long and pull on the earbuds.

I like they came with

I like they came with varied size ear pieces as standard sizes don't always fit me. The mic is on the earpiece so I need to mute more than I'd prefer as my hair rustles on it but otherwise a great product.

They don't work. They have a connector that won't work on an airplane . The ear fit is very uncomfortable.

Microphone performance is poor, I

Microphone performance is poor, I mean, real poor. Voice comes across muted and the EC / NC steps on the output continuously. Tried in MS teams, standard voice call (with 3.5mm jack), and Zoom. Logitech return process was painless. SW was up to date.

They're OK.

These connect easily & provide good sound & mic pic up. I was hoping these would work well in an office setting, but in addition to me speaking, it picks up those talking an aisle over as well. I have to mute a lot to keep the background noise off my video calls.
I also have very small ears & even with the smallest fitting (it came with multiple) they don't stay in my ears well, working their way out a few minutes into a call. ALSO, you have to pull your hair back for calls, as the mic is in the ear piece & hair rubbing on it makes a ton of noise, unfortunately.
