Mute and call controls are nice.
Cord is too short.

These were ok except when I tried to connect them to my iphone 12 pro max. The microphone kept cutting out in this mode (3.5 mm to lightning adapter). Support did not offer any steps to troubleshoot this setup, they kept telling me to try it via USB somewhere else (that worked btw). A second dongle, a second iphone, still had the same behavior.
I wanted a wired headset I could also use with my phone for rock solid phone calls. This device did not fit the bill.

Unfortunately these weren't what I hoped for

I ended up returning them because they didn't sound good and the microphone didn't work well either.

Purchased in January 2022, Line Issues Among Others

Starting in May, the line itself, or its casing, began cracking in random places, exposing the wires. I've had to wrap tape on the line in six places to try to protect the exposed wired. The line bends and twists itself any which way regardless of how carefully I have always looped it around to then hang it on a little headphone hanger attached to my desk. A much more resilient and pliable material for the line wire casing would be ideal. The location of the remote being so far down the line (my pc tower is on a small cubby on the floor right next to my desk) causes the weight of itself to tug the right ear bud out of my ear. I try to balance the remote on the hanger during calls, but any slight shift causes it to slip right off and the whole process starts over again. Then, the earbuds. They look so much smaller on the models' ears. I use the xs size and they are still too bulky, I am constantly jamming them back into my ear to get them to stay somewhat put. Not a year in and I have these issues. Hate to say it, but I am disappointed in these weird issues. Overall call quality is fine (if Teams plays along), making these issues infuriating. I do not expect the earbuds to last much longer as more cracks are forming on their own.

They work well.

I would have given 5 stars if I could alter the noise cancellation. It works too well and I cannot hear myself speaking and I don’t know how to regulate my speaking volume.

I like the magnet that

I like the magnet that connects the earbuds together when not in use. I got the rose gold and white ones and I HATE that my makeup stays on them (simple foundation, nothing excessive) so even though I only got them a month ago they already look dirty even though I wipe them off regularly. I rarely have issues hearing and haven't had anyone complain about being able to hear me.
