Used the kit after 175,000 plus printed jobs and the prints now are clear and sharp. Eliminated all the ghosting and other artifacts we were getting when using this printer. The kit came with all the necessary parts to make that happen. Watching the online videos were prior to doing the actual work were very helpful.

Got bonus points from my boss for fixing our printer without having to spend money on a technician. The only issue I have is that the fuser only came in a kit. We don't need all the other parts. By the time we would have to use them, we won't know where there are!!!! Wish you would sell the fuser by itself.
