The set was delivered within a few days exactly as described. It's not hard to put together,. just time consuming. Lots of cranking an allen-wrench. Sore hands! Looks great at my pool. Will be buying more of these Outsunny sets. Thanks!

Make sure you have lots

Make sure you have lots of time to put this furniture together. It's not that the instructions are complicated, it's the angles and the tools provided (Allen wrench and a non-adjustable wrench) that turns it into a time consuming event. The furniture is a bit bulky, but easy to move around. The cushions stain easy and slide off the furniture. The lounge chairs are just too bulky as well, but are extremely comfortable. Overall, the furniture is fine, but you will need lots of time to put it together and lots of space in which to place it

THESE CHAIRS ARE GORGEOUS! MY HUSBAND ASSEMBLED THESE IN ABOUT 20 MIN WITH NO PROBLEMS, ALTHOUGH HE'S SUPER HANDY. ONE OF THE CUSHIONS WAS STAINED WHEN WE OPENED IT (GREASY FINGERPRINTS-HAPPENS MAYBE TO THE PEOPLE WHO PACK ITEMS). I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, SENT THEM A PIC OR TWO AND HAD A NEW CUSHION IN 4 DAYS. THEY ALSO DIDN'T REQUIRE ME TO SEND BACK THE STAINED CUSHION, WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN A PAIN IN THE KEISTER. I AM A BIG FAN OF THIS PRODUCT AND OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED!

We love these 4 new loungers .. They Look great and are easy to assemble and really comfy . Resort like quality .. Assembly tip.. Install all screws .... EVeRY one then tighten ... I have a screw drill that also was a huge help
