I bought this for my mom and she really likes it. She said the only con is the heat is tied to the vibrating massage, so you can't do just heat.

I think the back could improve little more with better padding. I am using an extra cushion to support my back
other than that this is a great chair so far.
The lift is good but the massager is not that powerful
though great looking chair.
