Great chair

A friend gifted this to my husband. He has stage iv cancer. Unfortunately, it’s a little too small and firm for him. It fits and works beautifully for me though. Would recommend for a woman.

This recliner massage/lift chair was ordered by Hospice to help assist my aunt with getting up and down from the chair. We have had it about a month and now it is clicking when going up and down. I have called to see who works on this product with no success.

POORLY LOCATED MOVEMENT CONTROL BUTTON

The most important feature of any lift chair is easy to reach chair movement control. I assumed that would be on the remote control but it is not. The movement control button is out of sight, under the right arm. Very hard for the elderly to find and use, especially with arthritis . That control needs to be where the right cup holder is. The remote has only the heat and massage control, something I will use very little. Also, no one makes a lift chair cover for 13 inch arms, not even this maker of the chair. I would not buy this chair again.

After I manufactured a Foot

After I manufactured a Foot ( I only received one instead of two) and replaced one screw and one wing nut , it works OK, I was disappointed as set-up was delayed six days.

Please be aware that if a part is lost, the company will not replace it(even for payment). You are screwed and they tell you to buy a new part. Company also removes reviews. Terrible business ethic!
