The overall purchasing experience would've been better if the customer personnel was a bit more informed about alternatives. I felt she was insistent on me purchasing a more expensive product; it felt a bit like I was being swindled. Since receiving the charger, all's been good. Packaging was also ideal and the manuals that accompanied the charger was great...so many things come with irrelevant QR codes these days.
I would recommend this to a friend!
