slushie vs nuggets

Easy to use and quiet enough, but it constantly gives me slushie ice over nugget ice. I followed instructions to the t. Somedays it kicks out regular nugget ice as intended, but mostly it's really fine slushie/sno cone ice.

Love the ice it makes- have 2 complaints

I love the nugget ice- Two things I do not like-- drain plug on the bottom of machine- awkward to drain the water- should be at the bottom of the side of it. Next thing- do not like to have to unplug the machine while not in use- I like to leave it on when not making ice.
