The ice full sensor doesn’t work

So far I’m ending up with melted ice all over my counters and floor. The FULL sensor does not seem to work.

Seems to be running good except for one time it made crushed ice instead of nuggets

Only complaint so far is it stopped making nuggets and was making crushed ice and then went back to nuggets
