Product works exactly as expected. Does not jam easily.
Pros: Jam Resistance, Secure Cut Size, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs
Cons: Mess Reduction, Sheet Capacity

Best Shredder I have ever purchased

This shredder can really handle a heavy workload. I have put a least 12 sheets in at a time and the shredder has no problem with it.

Bought this shredder at the end of March. Unboxed it on April 13, 2021. Used it twice and now it won't run in the auto position. Really! After 2 uses. I have owned a fellowes shredder before and it worked great for a long time. What's changed?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Shredders

I have owned a Fellowes shredder for a long time. I decided I needed a new one, today. I plugged it in and used it and found it to be easier to use than my last one. It is easier to lift and I hope to use this for many years.
Pros: Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Sheet Capacity
Cons: shorter than my last one

Excellent customer service

After about 3-4 months operation the shredder no longer shredded (forward position). This was the second time in as many months that I had a problem. My contact with the Fellows office/representative was very satisfactory and inside of fifteen minutes, he said that they would send out a replacement, which is currently operating without flaw.
