Meets expectations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. Great for home office use. This machine is a workhorse, doesn't bog down or struggle with big jobs. Cross cut shredding absolutely destroys anything I put through it. Waste bin window is a nice convenience.

Excellent customer service

After about 3-4 months operation the shredder no longer shredded (forward position). This was the second time in as many months that I had a problem. My contact with the Fellows office/representative was very satisfactory and inside of fifteen minutes, he said that they would send out a replacement, which is currently operating without flaw.

I needed a shredder instead of taking my paper to a shredder company. I'm saving money and time by purchasing this and I wish I had done it sooner!

Shredders

I have owned a Fellowes shredder for a long time. I decided I needed a new one, today. I plugged it in and used it and found it to be easier to use than my last one. It is easier to lift and I hope to use this for many years.
Pros: Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Sheet Capacity
Cons: shorter than my last one

Bought this shredder at the end of March. Unboxed it on April 13, 2021. Used it twice and now it won't run in the auto position. Really! After 2 uses. I have owned a fellowes shredder before and it worked great for a long time. What's changed?
