GOod product but bad quality testing

Overall the product is good .. sounds nice but I would expect more Bass like other over the ear JBL headphones. Connectivity is also good, but it comes out very easily. The product is good but the TESTING of the product & quality testing if they works is Worse.. because I returned the first one and exchanged with another one as one ear piece wasn't working .. The 2nd replacement worked flawlessly.

Extremely poor sounds quality

Horrible sound quality. Sounds about as good as those foam covered headphones you got with cheap radios in the 80's. I have 2 other sets of higher end JBL ear buds and they sound awesome. Did not realize how bad these would be.

The only downside with this set is that I am unable to disable the auto power off option on work PC (with no administration access). Other than that it works fine.

Great sound

They have great sound. I like that they have magnets to keep them around your neck when not in use. However, I have the hardest time turning them off! I quick tap the button, hold the button, not sure why it's so difficult.
