Nice product but they emit static noise

They are really good quality product, good battery, good sound when listening at high volumes. However during playback they emit very silent white noise. If you listen on low volumes it is really frustrating. When you pause, the noise stays for ~2 seconds and disappears. For headphones it is something that makes me regret buying.

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 125BT. For us to identify and isolate the issue, try to use different source applications and devices. If the issue persists, do a reset by pressing and holding the button on the right earbud for more than 5 seconds.

Low quality poor sound

I regret getting these headphones, they're just so flimsy and cheaply made. The earbuds fall out of my ears and the weights are poorly designed in conjunction with the thinness of the wire. I usually like this type of style but they're poorly made so they just flop around. The sound quality is also really bad. The agents that hold them together when not in use are so weak they might as well no exist. I should have known from the price that these would be instant garbage, but I assumed they would be better quality coming from JBL. Don't waste your money on the cheap ones, spring for a a nicer pair or do some research on different brand.

To achieve the best seal and secure fit, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Not bad

Sound quality and price are great. A big plus is the fact they are made to fit either ear so there's no fiddling around. As someone who is constantly taking them on and off during work, for walking and the gym this is very handy.
Battery life is ok, however whenever it gets low it has an unsettling sound and it doesn't tell you how much is left. My previous set did that as well as told me the charge when I connected. This helped know how much I needed to charge and how long I could expect to use them when I would just start to listen.

These are my go to when riding my motorcycle. They are comfortable even with my helmet on. The sound is awesome and there is enough volume. The thick cord really holds up to constant usage unlike all the rest. The colors are great and I absolutely love eveything about them!!!

Volume SUCKS!

I just received the JBL Tune125bt to replace a set of NVX in ear wireless ear buds of the same style. After fully charging the JBL Tune125bt and connecting them to the Bluetooth on my phone and trying every setting on the ear buds and on my phone the volume SUCKS! I am a heavy equipment operator and these ear buds will be drowned out by the noise of the equipment.
I guess they may be OK for someone who will be using them in a quiet setting but if there is any noise in the vicinity it will make listening difficult.
They also were not available to connect on JBL App to be able to have that added control. Bottom line is that I would not recommend these to anyone. Save your money!
