Great product! There is a little dial in time and you definitely do not want to suck up any liquids. It will tolerate a trace amount. Let it air out after a carefully shake. The bags are reusable but not forever. I use the small bags for coffee bean storage. I get up to five reseals with it. I now use the glass container and it will reseal indefinitely.

I have been using these vacuum sealed containers for several months and have found them to be wonderful for extending the life of berries and other produce. They also provide a good sorting tool.
