They are also great for Sous Vide cooking. Reuse them after thoroughly washing with hot water and dishwashing liquid, and then completely drying. The Bags can be used a numerous of times, until you notice signs of wear and tear or they no longer correctly close or if they fail to maintain their vacuum seal.
