Love, love, love the Zwilling vacuum system. Received as a gift and promptly ordered an additional set of glass containers and storage bags. I've had the food saver system, and while it worked fine it also used valuable counter space and had some issues on occasion. I love the convenience of reusable bags as well as the efficiency and swiftness of the vacuum tool. Would highly recommend.

Really poor instructions and usage information

I'm finding that the bags do not hold their vacuum seal in the freezer. Nor do the instructions really tell you how to open a sealed bag - "tilting" the button on the vacuum "nozzle" is not an option on the bags. It works with the boxes, but the red button does not move, so I have to open the bags by unzipping.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
