A lot of fun to use! Took a couple times to figure out but found the King Arthur dough recipe works great. Wouldn’t work for a large family but for a small one and having several balls of dough ready it is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this thing! I make homemade pizza at least twice a week now! Only thing is I wish it was bigger. Normally when the whole family is eating pizza, I make a 14" pizza and pizza from the regular oven isn't as good as from the pizza oven.

After getting a good recommendation from a friend, Kohl’s had a good sale and I thought this would be a good time to purchase the Cuisinart pizza oven. As I’ve heard many times there is a learning curve on Working with the dough, putting the dough on the pizza peel, and then shuffling the pizza from the peel to the oven. Once you learn that, which can be found on many YouTube videos, you will be set.
I checked the temperature with an infrared meter, and the temperature got to around 750° which made a pizza in less than five minutes.
