Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the confusion regarding the product. The HyperDrive Flex 4-Port USB-C Combo Hub provides seamless connectivity for both USB-A and USB-C devices, making it easy to expand your setup. It does not provide pass-through charging functionality. If you would like us to recommend a model that better fits your needs, please reach out to us Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM EST at 1-844-674-6789.
