Nextbase is ok but not Best Buy

Nextbase proposes top quality products. The click-and-go mount is a really good concept. That dashcam is really easy to use and does the job properly. But Best Buy mentioned on the website excellent condition. And condition wasn't excellent because the suction cup was very used and I can use it. Now, I have to deal with Nextbase Canada who said to me that suction cup is out of stock for the moment. So, disappointed with Best But that provides usually good items and good service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
