The Staples Columnar Pad 13 Columns by Rediform is the perfect solution for my monthly and annual accounting review. I have been using a 13 column ledger sheet for the past 17 years and have seen no reason to change to anything different. Some people may think this is an "old fashioned" way of doing accounting but for me it is the quickest and simplest way to compare each month for the accounts that I need to see at a glance. In this age of computers some people just don't realize how nice it is to just write something down in pencil and be able to make any necessary corrections by simply erasing and writing down the correct number!!!!!! Works perfect for this old school bookkeeper!

I purchased this pad to use it for a spread sheet pad. It has all the spaces I need for what I bought it for. It is more easy to use this & access it than a computer spread sheet.

Staples Columnar Pad

Staples Columnar Pad is nice for spreading accounts for farming and income tax purposes. The Staples Columnar Pad doesn't have a thick enough front cover to protect the pages over time. I will only use one pad in about five years and need a strong front cover to protect the sheets. I would recommend this to a friend if they had a legal size filing cabinet to store it in.

Was looking for a 14 column spread sheet for monthly deposits/withdrawals but this one was the only one available. The store manager said I should buy it and if it didn't suit my needs I could return it. It is absolutly fine and suits my monthly needs. Would recommend this product if you are looking for a yearly/monthly spreadsheet.

For ten years I have used these 13 columnar pads to keep our financial records. The lines within each section for recording dollars and cents is much more helpful in this present pad
