I wish the instructions were included to first remove plastic pieces on adjustable punch. It would have saved some time before able to use.

Returned the item to the store. I had to take the screws out to Try to get it to work. Some one should test items before they put their name on it. Very disappointed. Wasted time because had to return it

served its purpose. was able to 3 hole punch hundreds of sheets of paper in no time. just have to chunk them in smaller groups to fit in the punch. worked great on card stock and other heavier papers too. just wish the reservoir for the 'holes' didn't fill up so quickly and need emptied as often.
