I had to return the first 3-hole punch I bought because one of the "punchers" - the posts that actually come down to make the holes - was machined wrong. Part of it came down too far and the paper wouldn't slide in all the way. I returned it to the store and exchanged for another - which works just fine. It's a nice light weight and does the job just fine.
