The worst thing about this punch is that there is no information inside the box to tell you that you have to remove the black item before it will punch. I almost brought it back to the store to return it. After 1 hour I figured that it had to be removed and forceabely removed the black middle punch holder. The punch now works well.

Perfect for low key needs if you're buying this as a student needing to organize lecture notes or just stuff around the house. Probably would recommend something that could handle more pages if it's for a business or heavier duty organizing.

Remember this is a 10 page punch not a 25 page punch. If you have very high volume of punching this is not the punch for you. But for household organization and punching you kids' school papers to put in their binders this is a great punch.
