"Okay" hole punch

We have a heavy-duty hole punch that we use for most jobs (since we file almost everything in notebooks) but we needed one right by our copier for 'quick' jobs. We got the 10-sheet capacity one since most hole-punching right by the copier involves only a couple pages and it was less expensive. We've only had it about a week but I'm already noticing inconsistencies in the quality of the hole punching particularly the middle punch. I've had to hole-punch some papers a couple times just to get a complete punch which is a little frustrating. If we have to order another in the future I'm going to spend the extra $12-15 to get another heavy duty hole-puncher which we've used for several years with no problems.
