The hole punch does punch out clean holes. Yet it's not obvious when the papers are not aligned properly so the 3 holes end up equally from the left paper edge. Really disappointed in only seems to work with 3-4 pieces of paper at a time. I have upwards of 90 pieces of paper to hole punch. Wish I understood the limits Before I purchased.

After I finally figured out how to get rid of those plastic things it worked great. I had to call the 800 number for help. Those little plastic things need to be removed
