Tray doesn't fir

The tray that catches the punch outside has a gap at each end... Any time you are punching pages and the punch is not held horizontal the punch outs fall out instead staying in the tray. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

This thing sucks won't cut through more than 6 pieces of paper the top hole punch doesn't cut. HORRIBLE product.
