I can't get the clips out of the unit so that I can start hole punching. Usually the little clips come out with ease but for some reason mine aren't coming out thus unable to hole punch anything.

It punches three holes in paper I don't know what else you can say. It hasn't had a hang up it seems to be very well constructed and I don't have any issues with it.

We purchased this model specifically for the "adjustable Feature". It was not straight forward at all. The first one we bought came apart as we attempted to get it to work. Took it to the store and the people there couldn't figure it out and replaced it with another one. We finally figured it out - but it shouldn't have been this difficult. It didn't come with instructions either.
