The box didn't even give a hint about the shipping pins. It cloud have included a short sentence. One never knows what is a functional part and what is there for shipping. Works well.

This punch is easy to use. It punches through ten sheets with ease. The ability to adjust hole position makes it universal. Extremely pleased. Great punch for a very reasonable price.
