Lacks Product Documentation and Quality

Convenience cost effective and dependability were key factors in choosing a hole punch because of professional and personal organization needs of paper organization. The Staples instore salesperson recommended this punch and it was an anticpated good fit for my needs. For $10 I thought I was set. It seems this basic tool should come with some basic instructions. It did not. For example how do you adjust the hole spacing? I still don't know. No product usage explanations. I tried to practice some hole punching and some plastic part broke off and have no idea on why. I'll be taking the punch back for an exchange or refund.

I needed a hole punch for everyday use. I only need to punch holes in 5 to 8 pages a day and this hole punch was perfect for my needs. I was using a one hole hand punch before and was aggravated by it. Now I'm happy and so is my huband who also uses it.

I have been using the punch to organize work activities and christmas cookbooks for my children. Since the hole punch can take ten sheets at a time it makes it much easier to put the books together. I use all types of paper and card stock so it is nice that the hole punch will take the wide variety of stock. I not only use the punch to create books but also to make confetti for my grandchildred to use. We use it to decorate but also for the various craft projects that we make.The white punches make great snow flakes on our homemade christmas cards.
