Paper rolled backwards

Usually no problem. This last shipment had multiple rolls rolled inside out so to speak. Not usable what so ever!

1 roll out of 20 is not working properly

I buy this product all the time and as I stated in the tittle an average of 1 roll out of 20 is not working properly mainly because the yellow paper is rolled on the wrong side. If this is the case the carbon copy side does not work but as I also use a lot of one ply roll I am able to switch them around as needed when it happened. The paper quality is good and the copy paper has a good readability which gives a good value to the product. And I do prefer regular paper versus thermal paper because of the longevity and the price.

We love this receipt paper so much that we will never go back to any other brand. The carbon copy shows up wonderfully and it is very durable.

We always purchase Staples brand duplicate point of sale rolls rather than name brand because they are cheaper and just as good.

Completely useless to us. Our machines do not have ink ribbons or cassettes so the white/front paper is blank! I'm not sure the product description told us that would be required for this to work.
