I took a chance on these labels as an alternative to the Avery product that I typically use to label containers for my business clients. These labels are much less expensive than the comparable Avery product so I thought they would be worth a shot. Upon opening the container the first thing that I noticed was how much thinner these labels are than their Avery counter-part. Obviously this is part of why they are less expensive. I have been using these for about a week now and have noticed that they are very easy to tear when you remove them from the sheet. If you take your time you are fine but if you aren't careful they will tear without much effort. I also am using these on containers that are stored in refrigerators and freezers and have noticed some issues there that I wasn't experiencing with the Avery labels. If the labels get damp at all anything that you have printed on them will bleed and run badly. I think this also has a lot to do with the thickness of the actual label. For my need these may not be the best choice. That said used for the purpose for which they were designed I think they function just fine. I'll keep experimenting see what my clients think of them and then decide if I will stick with them moving forward or go back to the more costly Avery version.
Labels worked ell in my HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer. I like the labels packaging...sheets of labels in a flat box. The labels should keep their straight flat shape.
