This product was able to cover a whole bedroom and still had more left on the roll to start another room.

Duct Tape

I prefer Duck brand duct tape over almost any other brand. The staples store brand is a bit cheaper and works just as well as the name brand. it is worth the savings to go with the Staples brand. i don't find that it leaves gobs of glue on my fingers or on the edges of the tape roll as other store brands do. It also rips off without leaving sticky strings hanging around. It also peels back easily as one strip instead of tearing down the middle into thin ribbons. I would recommend this tape over the brand name varieties.
I was hesitant about purchasing a store brand tape but that was based on a national hardware store's brand so I thought that this being a office supply/shipping store they would have to have strong tape to mail boxes? It was a great purchase and great quality. It is strong durable tears easily in whole strips without cutting and worth the price which for the size of the roll you can't beat the price! I DO recommend!

Pretty good

I bought 2 rolls of Staples® Acrylic Utility Duct Tape Silver Standard Grade 2" x 60 yrds 1 Roll. It works great under normal circumstances. Unfortunately I needed to use it on a rainy day... not so great! It is not comparable to "Duck" duct tape when it comes to damp situations. But for dry jobs it is great. And certinally much more cost affective. They had tons of fun colors too! I just got the silver for what I was doing at the time but I was very tempted by the neons and prints that I saw. Maybe next time.

Sticks to Itself Better than its Target
on December 26, 2013

Only one size roll and one color available standard gray. I would have bought a bright color had it been available. More expensive in the long run than at other stores; a large roll should be discounted. Very light-weight stuck to itself better than to the boxes I was shipping. No fibers to bolster the strength so it had to be cut and stretched rather than tearing. Smells bad like bad plastic and imparted its smell to the items in the boxes. Next time I'll buy the smaller brightly colored rolls from a grocery store rather than buying at Staples. I was there and thought that it would be efficient for me to get all my packing supplies at one place but it turned out to be a mistake.

I used it briefly but it smells so bad (like feces) that I threw it out!
