Fine for flyers

We use this paper for printing flyers that we send out in bulk. It's a good weight paper because it's a bit more substantial than regular copy paper but not heavy enough to go over an ounce and cost us extra in postage. I always re-order the same product by Staples item number so imagine my surprise on my last re-order when what arrives is a product with diminished brightness. Yup. Item #633213 used to be 97 brightness now it's 96. Not a huge difference but that was sneaky and underhanded and Staples needs to be called on it. You should have given it a new item number rather than making me think it's all the same as before. The product is fine but you guys seem to think that your customers aren't so bright! Shame on you. If I find another company selling an equivalent product I'm switching.
