This is another instance of the Staples brand delivering all that is needed in packaging tape that does not need to be super heavy heavy-duty.

6 pack of tape was a good value. Sticks well and does the job holding stuffed boxes closed.

Purchase was packaging tape for an upcoming move. We need to pack several boxes for the move and need reliable tape. This product meets our needs and will be easy to remove when opening the boxes when we unpack in our new house.

Packing Tape

I do a lot of shipping of small packages so I am always looking for a decent but inexpensive shipping tape. This tape does what is expected and does a good job of sealing over cardboard plastic and paper. i have had no problems with the tape sealing or putting tension on the tape when pulling to gain a tight seal. My only complaint is that the tape is thin (which is why its inexpensive duh) and I feel I have to use more on heavier packages. This is not a premium level tape - they cost three to four times as much without giving you any more sealing capability but maybe a bit more piece of mind.
