VERY BAD QUALITY DISAPPOINTING

I had 50 boxes to ship for a company virtual meeting. I purchased this tape online because I have used it before bought at a store. I taped the bottoms pf each box and the next day all of the tape had fallen off and got all tangled up with the tape on the other boxes they were all located next to each other. I was so upset! That was a lot of work!! I went in the basement and got the tape purchased at a store. They both looked the same and said the same thing however they felt different. Clearly the tape I bought online and in the store were different. The store bought one was thicker & heavier the "heavy duty" tape I ordered online was much thinner and not as sticky! What a waste of time and money!!! I am very upset. I should be reimbursed!

every few years I forget get sucked in by a sale price and make the mistake of ordering Staples brand tape. This tape is very thick heavy will actually add weight to a package and it is very hard to use It does not stick without actually pressing it down with your hand. It is so thick that it does not easily cut using a shipping tape dispenser either. Better off using generic brand tape. Disappointed ... again.
