What happened to the size on these???

We buy tons of these every month and now suddenly they are smaller. If you stack one of these behind an older one you can only see part of the tab. What happened?

these files are too "short " too narrow; cannot read their file labels inside hanging folder except by manually taking the time to separate one file from another one by one. Disappointed!!!
