When they are boxed they come in 20 folders per position tab and are not very accessible once you open the box. You have to get them all out of the box and they organized them so they can be filed with different position tabs.

Ever since there has been a Staples store in my area I have purchased all of my office supply items from that store even though the store has recently re-located to a different location; I have always been impressed with the efficiency of the layout of the store its cleanliness and the professionalism of all of the team members. Very rarely have I ever had to return a purchased item however when I did the return has always been handled very professionally. I will continue to purchase all of my office supplies at Staples.
