I had been using legal size but find the letter size keeps the files neater and these hold up vary well.

These folders come with all the same tabs stacked together so you have to go through the entire package re-stacking so the tabs come up in all 5 positions when you pull out 5 folders. Very inconvenient.

Staples carries a wide selection of folders. I was able to find exactly what we needed at a good price.
