I like the 1/5 cut tabs because i want to see LOTS of titles at the top. They don't get so easily hidden behind other folders. These are good quality.

With the electronic age of storing and filing information it was challenging to actually find file folders. The top tab on these folders are extremely small and don't quite have enough room to label them accordingly.
