The file folder has 26 individual folders that actually each one can hold a lot. The case opens up like a accordion but closes up very small in comparison. It has a latch to keep it closed. It had tab holders at the top of each one but No paper tabs with it or so I thought till I got home & found them inside the last folder. So don’t buy paper tabs like I did it has them. It suits my needs. I like it & it’s worth the money I spent for it.
