These were purchased to keep the influx of various application documents organized. It is a work in progress but there are plenty of sections to accomodate. It would be helpful if the tab for labeling was 1/3 cut so it could be more easily seen in a file drawer.

We use these for our job folders. Would be nicer if tehy had one more insert page like the old ones used to. But great for dividing up Job information so we have a nice neat folder to go through for research or pulling information from.

We have used this type of file for years to store payroll records. The partitions are great to organize Federal & State tax return copies in the same file folder as the payroll records. This arrangement makes a very positive and neat presentation when audited. We just hand the auditor the file and all information is in one place. For larger clients we use 2 partitioned files for record storage (Jan-Jun & Jul-Dec). This product is the greatest!

I have used these folders over the past ten years. They are in fact moisture repellent; that does not imply water proof. If the folder comes in contact with moisture (spilled coffee water etc.) just wipe it off and you are good to go. The pins are durable and none have broken off during the past years of nearly daily use. The folders have a texture to them but this has not impacted the application of labels. They are expensive but worth the investment for permanent type file organization. I would refer to these folders as a good investment for business.
